- COD MDH.22607 on 10/11/2009: Both SFT and CNGS beams could not be injected correctly (sometimes the beam was lost after few turns, sometimes after ~ 300 ms) and a magnet problem was rapidly suspected around 226. The magnet piquet was then called to make an inductance measurement. However, no problems could be identified. It was in fact the corrector MDH.22607 which was oscillating and which was the source of the bad injection (see Picture). After having put it OFF, both beams were back with good transmissions.
