- Issue with MKD firing at each injection on 23/04/2010 (it seems it is the first time this kind of problem was observed): After the leak testing on 23/04/2010, there was great difficulty to get circulating beam in the SPS. The beam made only one turn and initial investigation was concentrating on a possible obstacle (a forgotten valve after leak testing) but in the end it turned out that the beam was systematically dumped by the beam dump kicker MKD after one turn. The problem turned out to be a parasitic signal from the injection kicker MKP on an interlock cable going to the MKD, firing the MKD at each injection. Putting an attenuator on the cable solved the problem.
